Well, our project is almost done. We have moved in, completed the remodel (except the yard), and are so excited to live in Magnolia. I wanted to thank you for all of your help since we started looking at houses here in the spring of 2008. I feel very fortunate for all of your advice based on research, statistics, and your experience in this area. Having had our eye on this house for over 9 months, I am glad you suggested we wait patiently until the seller was willing to sell the house at the true market value (saving us over $300k). This is not only our dream house, but has been an awesome investment. I know my investment into this house has worked out for the better. We just had the house refinanced and even with the HORRIBLE economy since Oct 2008, the house appraised for $115k more than what we invested into it. I have let all of my colleagues and friends know that if they are looking for a house in Magnolia, use DAVE!

How would you describe the service you received from your agent?

Exceptional! Dave went above and beyond in helping us with the transaction. He was very prompt in setting up all appointments, maintaining contact with the listing agent, market analysis, etc... He definitely has his client's best interest in mind.

Did your agent do anything to exceed your expectations?

He took us to other recently sold properties and properties for sale so we could get a good sense of market pricing. He did these even though we had a budget and price objective for our house. He also was quite helpful in setting up additional inspections (sewer, roof, etc) so we would know how much additional work would cost down the line. He clearly has a strong passion for his work and enjoys doing it. He is always accessible and never appeared to busy or bothered by our requests or questions. I was also quite impressed at the amount of time he dedicated to us, while working on other deals at the same time.
